Return & Exchange Policy

At RacqStar Candy Jewelry, we stand behind the quality and craftsmanship of all of our products. We warrant our merchandise will meet its specification and will be free from defects in materials and craftsmanship at the time of delivery. Please note that the slight imperfections and color patterns resulting from the use of unique, natural gemstones and antiqued metals enhance the beauty of our one-of-a-kind pieces and are not considered defects. In the event you receive a defective item, we will gladly repair or replace that item at our expense. Item must be returned within seven (7) days of purchase or receipt of the package.

We will be happy to exchange any item you are not completely delighted with—Exchange only, no refunds—Products are accepted for exchange only if returned in the original saleable, unworn condition within seven (7) days of purchase or receipt of package, accompanied by the original sales invoice, attached price/brand tag, and RacqStar Candy® signature satin bag. The jewelry tag must be attached or the item will be considered used and the exchange will not be honored. Package must be returned via a major shipping carrier with tracking and insurance in a secure corrugated box or padded shipping envelope. Please contact us for a return authorization number before shipping any package to us, as any unauthorized return will be refused. To receive your return authorization number, please e-mail us at concierge@racqstarcandy.com. Please provide your Name, Address, Order Number, and Reason for Return. The return authorization number must be clearly labeled on the package. Return shipping and insurance is the responsibility of the customer as is outbound shipping, unless it is an authorized repair due to a manufacturer’s defect.

Materials

RacqStar Candy Jewelry uses a variety of quality materials to create our pieces. Any metal used in our fashion jewelry is gold and silver plated. Some items are constructed of 14 karat gold plated metal, 18 karat gold-filled, or sterling silver and will be specified as such in the product description. Our stones are made from a variety of natural, semi-precious gemstones. Due to the one-of-a-kind nature of semi-precious gemstones, the color and patterns may vary slightly from the image shown. All materials used are lead-free.
