Shipping Policy

RacqStar Candy Jewelry offers complimentary shipping via USPS (United States Postal Service) within the Continental United States for any purchases of $150 or more. Complimentary shipping applies to merchandise purchased on RacqStarCandy.com and before shipping and taxes are applied. For orders not reaching $150 or more, the standard USPS shipping rate of $8.50 will apply. Shipping charges and complimentary shipping are applicable to only one destination per order. All shipments are insured for security purposes. Insurance and tracking confirmation are included in the rate.

Because each piece of RacqStar Candy Jewelry is individually handcrafted to order and contingent on availability, please allow 3-5 business days for your order to be processed from the date it is placed. Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. Orders received after 12 p.m. EST will be processed the next business day and will be shipped via USPS once your transaction is approved. Packages will arrive in 5-7 business days after processing. Please keep in mind RacqStar Candy cannot assume responsibility for USPS shipping delays once a package has left our care. For expedited orders, please contact concierge@racqstarcandy.com.
